Abstract: Port crane is frequently used to load and unload cargoes in large mixed ship and hoisting equipment for ship manufacturing. Operation stability of the whole machine is largely determined by pros and cons of system performance of double link jib. Its optimization design has been the research focus in the industry, in the past, double link jib system is considered as a rigid link system to be designed, which ignores deflection change caused by its flexible deformation and excess energy consumption this may cause, however, double link jib system will be considered flexible deformation system in the paper, parameter optimization design is done for its main structure sizes, realizing the optimization of each lever’s size in the jib system, cargoes could move approximately along the path of the horizontal direction when with payloads during luffing motion, so that luffing driving mechanism works with more energy-efficient and more smoothly. This study can make the construction of four-link mechanism more reasonable, more safe and reliable for the whole machine, which is a design method of green optimization in loading and unloading machine field.

Abstract: To get accurate concentration of drug in systemic way for pharmacological response, Solubility is an important parameter to be shown. Most of the newly discovered chemical entities of the drugs are subjected to lipid lover (lipophile) due to this it carries the properties of poor water solubility. That’s why solubility behavior is one of the most important for formational developments [24, 25]. Colloidal drug has to be in desired properties for the development of drug carrier, it is essential to examine physico-chemical properties of the systems. Bile salt mixed micelles are globally known as novel for drug delivery systems in living organism. The main purpose of the present method is to develop and examine the characterize mixed micelles [3] of anionic bile salts (Sodium deoxycholate and sodium cholate) and drug (Disprine or generic name Aspirin) in various temperatures.

Abstract: This paper discusses conservation of historic districts based on the concept of cultural ecology. In this paper, we analyze the protection status of Xi’an Bei Yuan Men historic district in three fundamental characteristics of culture, mainly including territorial culture, non-renewable feature and continuity. It’s to propose a solution to coordinate contradiction between the protection of the cultural characteristics and meet the requirements of residents on social development. In this process, the paper argues that policy guidance has a very important role. It advocates that any social development should be based on the protection of the cultural ecology of the region.

Abstract: As an agricultural country, China have a large fruit production, the spherical fruits such as apples, oranges were deeply loved by people. At present Chinese fruit export volume is small, mainly because the fruit quality is unable to guarantee the quality of export. The traditional artificial feeding sorting method is of low efficiency and the intensity of labor is heavy. The development of automation at a high speed, automatic feeding and sorting equipment provides a new way of fruit industrialization. Based on the study of spherical fruit’s properties and packing properties, take apple as example, analyzing the loading process of packing with the software of ANSYS, this paper design a batch feeding device.

Abstract: This paper introduce a new method to realize the set and delivery of the goods by changing speed on the conveyor belt, and the machine control several servo motors by PLC. By adjusting the speed of the servo motors, the speed difference between the conveyor belts realize the separate of goods steady and provide the convenience for the robot. At the same time, the method of adjusting distance of the goods both save the space and reduce the cost.
