About the Editor-in-Chief

Editors-in-Chief oversee the editorial direction of the journal in alignment with its charter and policies. The Board relies on Editors-in-Chief to ensure that the content of the journal is of high quality and that the editorial review process is both timely and fair.

Candidate Requirements of Editor-in-Chief

Advanced Credentials: PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field.
Editorial Leadership: Proven experience in journal leadership roles (e.g., Editor-in-Chief, Guest Editor, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member).
Active Scholarly Profile: Demonstrated leadership in the field through roles such as conference/workshop chair, keynote speaker, or advisory committee member.
Global Networks: Established academic and professional connections to attract high-quality submissions and ensure diverse authorship representation.
Collaborative Communication: Ability to maintain timely, professional correspondence with authors, reviewers, and publishing staff.
Process Management: Strong time management skills to oversee efficient double-blind peer review cycles.
Reviewer Network: Submission of 30+ confirmed reviewers willing to join the Editorial Review Board (final boards require 50–60 experts; expansion post-launch is expected).
Journal Scope: Proposed topics must align with broad, emerging, or underserved research areas to ensure market relevance.
