Abstract: The chronic kidney disease (CKD) may not have any obvious symptoms. When the patient is initially diagnosed, the renal function has been severely damaged and even progresses to end-stage renal disease. It spends the giant medical expenditure to the government and the people, especially the residents in rural areas will face a huge financial burden. Regular renal function examination is very important and necessary, which can early detect CKD and then treat the CKD, especially in patients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Through screening of early renal disease, we can effectively delay the deterioration of kidney function and reduce the occurrence of complications. Materials and Methods: 272 employees’ family members' health examination data of our hospital were collected, including age, sex, blood pressure, BMI, creatinine, fasting blood glucose, hematocrit and urine routine, and then the glomerular filtration rate was calculated by MDRD formula to investigate the prevalence rate of chronic kidney disease. Result: Estimated glomerular filtration rate< 60 ml/min/1.73 M2 (at least chronic kidney disease stage 3) was 29 cases (10.6%).There 62 people of aged 61-70 were 13 found to be ill and the prevalence rate was 20.9%;but especially among 15 people over 71 years old, 7 of them were ill and the prevalence rate was as high as 46.6%. Discussions: It is worth noting that the subjects are family members of hospital staff who are relatively convenient to visit medical aid. But we also found that hyperuricemia is high up to 17.6% in this survey. Hyperuricemia also accelerates the decline of glomerular filtration rate and increases the risk of renal failure. Conclusion: Therefore, the actual prevalence rate of chronic kidney disease in rural community residents of this region may be higher. The renal disease screening and dietary education should be promoted as soon as possible to reduce the incidence of chronic kidney disease in the rural region.

Abstract: Iatrogenic vascular injury is one of the rare complications of posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF). However, it is extremely unusual to cause lumbar artery injury during surgery. If the diagnosis and treatment are not timely, the patient may lose a lot of blood. The present report described a female patient, 66 years old, who underwent PLIF because of lumbar spinal stenosis. The L3, L4, L5 vertebral bodies were implanted with 6 pedicle screws and two titanium rods. Massive blood loss was occurred during operation, and the lumbar artery injury between the left L4-5 was found after angiography. After the patient was treated with interventional embolization, the blood loss was successfully controlled and the incision was healed and discharged. Therefore, in the case of uncontrolled bleeding of lumbar artery injury during lumbar internal fixation operation, interventional vascular embolization is still an effective treatment at present.

Abstract: This study Pain is a common symptom in patients with advanced tumors. Clinical studies have shown that pain could promote the development of tumors through the nervous system, and cause anxiety, irritability, despair and other negative emotions, leading to a serious decline in the treatment effect and quality of life of patients. With the improvement of living standards, people attach great importance to the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. How to effectively alleviate pain in patients with advanced tumor has always been the focus of researchers all over the world. This article reviewed the mechanism of cancer pain, treatment status and promising treatment methods, in order to provide reference for the improvement and further development of clinical treatment methods.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of gallbladder function and dynamic phase of gallbladder in three-dimensional ultrasonography. Methods 50 healthy subjects and 50 patients with cholecystitis were chosen to analysis the gallbladder contraction rate (GBEFmax), maximal contraction time (Tmax), and draw coordinates of the gallbladder volume by the h-fat meal experiment. Results In healthy subjects group, the volume of gallbladder was 16.75±7.143ml before h-fat meal, and the minimum volume was 1.907±0.989 ml after h-fat meal 90min, GBEFmax was 88.61±10.397%, and the volume of gallbladder was recovered to normal after h-fat meal 360min. Compared with healthy subjects group, gallbladder volume before h-fat meal of the patients group was increased significantly (P < 0.05), GBEFmax was lowed significantly (P < 0.05), Tmax was extended significantly (P < 0.01), gallbladder movement cycle were similar (P > 0.05). Conclusion the volume of gallbladder which was measured before h-fat meal and after h-fat meal 90min can evaluate the gallbladder function.
