A Special Issue is led by a single lead guest editor and a team of at least 6 guest editors. Scholars who have sufficient capacity and expertise are welcomed to join the guest editor team. All applications will be sent to the lead guest editor for review.

Responsibilities of Guest Editor:

Promote your special issue and invite authors to submit manuscripts
Conduct peer review for the manuscripts submitted to the special issue
Ensure that the peer review process is fair, unbiased, and timely
