Objective to explore the effect of thermostat heated injection contrast agent on nursing satisfaction in multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) enhancement. Methods 456 patients who underwent enhanced CT examination in the Radiology Department of People's Hospital from September 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group. The study group used the contrast agent heated by the thermostat, while the control group used the contrast agent at room temperature, The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, and comfort and nursing satisfaction were investigated. Results There were 2 mild adverse reactions both in the study group and the control group, and no moderate or more adverse reactions occurred. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94%, while that of the control group was 82%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. (P<0.01). Conclusion In MSCT enhanced scanning, the use of thermostat heated injection contrast agent can alleviate the discomfort of patients and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
