Facing the development and change of multilingual culture and multilingual environment, Ethiopian education has been constantly adjusted, and "education Advanced" has been taken as a strategy for national development. In order to improve the quality of education and efficiency of education, promote educational equity, expand the scale of education and increase access to schools, the Ethiopian Ministry of Education has successively implemented fifth Education Sector Development Program of Ethiopia, which focusing on reforms of connecting with global standards, strengthening international cooperation, introducing international advanced teaching concepts and methods, highly valuing the comprehensive balance of education development and the improvement of the quality of education and other aspects. Therefore, Ethiopia has formed its own unique education system and education policy.
