This book presents the abstracts of the selected contributions to the 2025 10th International Conference on Energy, Environment and Resources (ICEER2025) and 2025 7th International Conference on Civil Engineering (ICCIVIL2025), held together in Xi'an, China during August 17-19, 2025.

ICEER2025 and ICCIVIL2025 were multidisciplinary conferences organized with the objective of bringing together specialists, research scholars, and students to exchange ideas, communicate, discuss research findings.
