This book presents the abstracts of the selected contributions to the 2024 8th International Conference on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ICCEE2024) and 2024 8th International Conference on Energy, Environment and Resources (ICEER2024), jointly held virtually on June 2, 2024 by Shanghai Laixi Conference Services Co., Ltd.

ICCEE2024 and ICEER2024 were multidisciplinary conferences organized with the objective of bringing together specialists, research scholars, and students to exchange ideas, communicate, to discuss research findings and new advances on recent and emerging trends.
