Education lives changing moments in which to make Pedagogical in their Levels and Modalities of the Global World, Teachers must be Innovative and Creative when selecting strategies to Teach and Evaluate students, keep in mind the importance of Didactic Action, where the instruments and evaluation techniques are fundamental to obtain evidence of the theoretical-practical activities of the student, in them we can mention: oral, written evaluations, exhibitions, work tables, conceptual, mental maps, projects, educational games, experiments, essays and portfolios developed in its process.
All this is an aid to obtain information on the academic performance of young people, so the Professor or Facilitator should focus their attention on their disposition; where a teaching strategy and the application of an inappropriate instrument causes a distortion of the reality to be evaluated.
