An Analytical Study of Research Performance of Private Universities of Uttar Pradesh, India: A Bibliometric Study

Abstract: This paper investigates the research performance of all 29 private universities of Uttar Pradesh, India. The study was conducted by extracting data from 29 universities from the SCOPUS database. A total of 17 universities have indexed their research publications in SCOPUS. The Affiliation search technique was applied to extract the data of all the Private Universities one by one. Data were downloaded in the format as per the requirement of visualization software used for this study. The data were analyzed using bibliometric tools like R, VOSViewer, and MS Excel separately for each university and later data of all universities tabloid in different sheets as per the research questions. There are a total of 12 private universities in Uttar Pradesh India which have no publications indexed in SCOPUS. Among all the Private Universities, Jaypee University has maximum research output and a leading university in the state and received 1st rank. Similarly, Sharda University published 2nd highest publications among the universities of Uttar Pradesh. During the designing of methodology and analysis, there were implications that every university had no research or publications indexed in the SCOPUS database. Even though it was a bulk study and covering maximum private universities of Uttar Pradesh which assembled a huge amount of data for study, managing and arranging the data was difficult. The publications and research results of private universities are taken for the study and data analyzed without any manipulation of fake data. This study can be useful for further study to illustrate the constraints, challenges, and opportunities of the private universities of Uttar Pradesh and policy may be framed to enhance the research activities in the premises of the institutions. It may be helpful to the university authorities to make a policy by evaluating their planning of research and development.

Abstract: Numerous web apps, such as online banking, gaming, and online ticket reservation, are now used by people all over the world. Existing web apps feature a shell page that is wasteful and unresponsive due to its slow response time and rigidity. Two frameworks, AngularJS and Joomla, were merged in this manner to produce a more adaptable and responsive online application. AngularJS is a simple SPA framework that uses JavaScript code to provide data binding and a responsive formula. Joomla, a content management system, also manages the content of the online application. As a result, the results show that the method increases the web application's responsiveness and adaptability. The most intriguing revolution in computing archetype is cloud computing. However, the main roadblocks to widespread adoption are security and privacy concerns. According to Moghaddam, Wieder, and colleagues' study, the service provider's security capabilities, data sensitivity, and cloud users' requirements, as well as the notions of isolation, elasticity, and computing environment in the cloud, must all be based on a policy management scheme. Generally, it has been noticed that the usage of JavaScript in conjunction with JavaScript frameworks and libraries alleviated general issues in such applications. Along with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) structural architecture or pattern, an inventive family of JavaScript frameworks emerges.

Abstract: With the aging of China becoming more and more serious, providing for the aged has become a problem that must be solved. The price of old-age care in nursing homes is high and does not conform to the characteristics of the elderly in China. When there is a choice, they are more willing to choose home-based care. However, there are many basic diseases of the elderly, and many accidents cannot be grasped at the first time. Therefore, it has become a practical need to combine the Internet of things technology with the automatic care of the elderly to design an intelligent family pension system. The system should be able to monitor the behavior of empty nesters at home and indoor data, including sleeping and eating behavior, indoor number of people, indoor temperature and humidity. This paper is also based on these ideas of system design. In this paper, the overall structure of the family intelligent elderly care system is designed, and the feasibility, functionality and corresponding sensing devices of the system are analyzed. If the system can be completed, it can provide protection for the healthy life of the elderly living alone.

Abstract: Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology and the trend of economic globalization, more and more companies are trying to establish online industrial chains, clients in different servers or official websites of companies. In the field of software development, software risk involves all stages of the software development process, and all software projects have risks. In the whole software development process, every development link should incorporate the idea of risk management. It is an important content of risk management to transfer risk-based thinking to the participants in every link of software development, which requires the active participation of managers in every link. In order to enable managers in every link to participate in risk management activities, a deep understanding of software project risks can effectively help development teams or software project managers avoid possible risks, reduce losses caused by risks or monitor risks that have not yet occurred. In this paper, the research status, influencing factors, management steps and common methods of software project risk management at home and abroad are introduced in detail, and the functional suggestions of the risk management system are given. Abstract: Under the new public management concept, the role of modern government in the whole society is the manager of public affairs and the provider of public services. Therefore, compared with the three levels of the concept, system mechanism and functional structure, methods and means of government management innovation, the content and goal of promoting government management innovation through government informatization are also shown as three levels of interaction. E-government starts from the change of government process, and then gradually changes the administrative organizational structure, decision-making process, regulatory approach, behavior, etc., which fundamentally changes the traditional bureaucratic management model and promotes the in-depth development of interactive public management model. In view of the current situation that the government's ability to perform its functions does not match the objective requirements of sociology, starting with the reorganization of government business, this paper first analyzes the current situation of e-government business, and then designs the highest business framework of e-government, which is composed of six business domains, 22 business lines, and 140 businesses. Finally, the government business framework supports government reform, promotes process optimization. The application aspects of strengthening e-government planning and improving application performance are analyzed in detail. The establishment of this framework can reduce the risk of administrative system reform and promote the government to improve the effectiveness of e-government applications from the perspective of enterprises.
