The video-art in the social technologies wants to be a special panoramic of the new technologies in the social network. More people use the video-art on Smartphone, Tablet, Computer with different app and software.

Special Issue aims to discovery how the video-art is changed from analog techniques to digital techniques. Which ones are: the artists, the techniques, the apps, the software, the social symbols, the feeling of the arts.

Submissions that focused on American artists that have changed own techniques from analog to digital and American artists that used the video-art on social network (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, ecc.) are especially encouraged. All paper types on artists of the world are welcome.
