In which, the household's ability to find markets to consume produced products is the most successful element of social capital that affects the ability of Hmong households to escape poverty. Conclusion: Most of the Mong people in Thanh Hoa have relatively limited social capital, such as the ability to borrow capital to use capital, the ability to seek outside jobs, and the ability to plan and orient strategies. The household economic development strategy is still very limited.
