The primary Objective for emplacing renewable energy in India is to advance profitable development, ameliorate energy security, ameliorate access to energy, and alleviate climate change. Sustainable development is possible by the use of sustainable energy and by assuring access to affordable, dependable, sustainable, and ultramodern energy for citizens. Strong government support and the decreasingly seasonable profitable situation have pushed India to be one of the top leaders in the world’s most seductive renewable energy requests. The government has designed programs, programs, and a liberal terrain to attract foreign investments to ramp up the country in the renewable energy request at a rapid-fire rate. It is anticipated that the renewable energy sector can produce many domestic jobs over the following times. This paper aims to present significant achievements, prospects, projections, generation of electricity, as well as challenges and investment and employment openings due to the development of renewable energy in India. In this review, we have linked the various obstacles faced by the renewable sector. The recommendations grounded on the review issues will give useful information for policymakers, originators, design inventors, investors, diligence, associated stakeholders and departments, experimenters, and scientists.
