Abstract: Bilateral relations is common between nations. Cameroon and China share and enjoy this relationship in terms of Win-Win. This study underscores the level of the involvement of Cameroon and China, in signing accords in a Win-Win relationship and the exchange visits of the two heads of states. The objective of this study lays emphasis on outlining the various accords signed between Cameroon and China, and how these accords signed has brought in interaction between the officials of the two states. Furthermore, it also brings to the limelight the projects realized as a result of accords signed and the internal political mobility of the head of state of Cameroon. Methodology adopted used different techniques to collect and analyze data. This include data collected from the internet, mass media and library sources, survey design method and information from offices such as project lists. After collecting and carefully selecting the items, they were grouped into configurations and analyzed using statistical package for social science and Microsoft excel programs. Research findings are presented in tables and figures embracing bar charts, histograms and pie charts. Results from these findings revealed that Cameroon government officials are highly involved in the “win-win relationship through visiting and signing of different forms of accords and carrying out necessary negotiations with China before the execution projects. This furthermore empowers the internal political mobility of the heads of state from one project site to another.

Abstract: The ongoing changes in the new Uzbekistan have affected all areas of public life. The formation and building of a strong civil society and the state is carried out by creating a full-fledged condition for the life of all institutions of civil society, primarily such important organizations as the mahalla, the media and political parties. Public control, and the level of civic participation required for this, in the majority of citizens depend on the mentality and public consciousness of the country's population. In this regard, in the study of various aspects of the development of public control in Uzbekistan, a special place is occupied by the study of social attitudes and expectations of the citizens themselves, their level of knowledge and understanding of the strategic goal that our state sets for itself. The article presents the results of a study that studied the opinion of specialists working in this field, the degree of their understanding of the concept of "public control", the perception of a new concept by specialists. The opinion of representatives of citizens' self-government bodies was studied regarding the understanding of the term "public control" and the degree of its perception, identification of the main types and methods of public control used by mahallas, measures taken to implement public control on the ground.

Abstract: The article points out the problems in land access of ethnic minorities in Vietnam. Assess the status of land access of ethnic minorities to identify barriers and difficulties and propose a number of solutions to remove them in order to ensure the synchronous implementation of policies and create favorable conditions for consensus. Ethnic minorities promote their internal resources and develop. Many policies on land for ethnic minorities have been promulgated by the State in order to achieve sustainable access to and use of land by ethnic minorities. However, in reality, many ethnic minorities still lack residential and productive land. According to the report at the Symposium Supervision Conference of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the results of the implementation of Resolution No. 76/2014/QH13 of the National Assembly on accelerating the implementation of the poverty reduction target by 2020, it was found that: The South in the South, there are more than 58,000 ethnic minority households lacking residential land, more than 330,000 households lacking production land. This figure shows that the planning and implementation of land policies for ethnic minorities still face many difficulties and shortcomings. Therefore, making policies on land use for ethnic minorities in the current period is an urgent issue, in line with the development trend of the country.

Abstract: Since its outbreak in March 2020 in Burkina Faso, the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted people's lifestyles while becoming a health, social and political event all at the same time. COVID-19 is therefore becoming a major concern for governments, which are developing strategies to curb its development. Thus, communication in health emergencies (COVID-19) becomes an essential component of the risk management strategy in sensitive areas such as markets and yaars. It is in this context that the present study aims to analyze the communication of the governor intended for the users of markets and yaars in the dynamics of the fight against the spread of COVID-19. This analysis aims to decipher the communication channels and their relevance, the scope of the informational messages and also the representation systems of the market and yaar users in the face of the pandemic. In order to achieve the research objectives, we opted for a multidisciplinary and empirical methodological approach inspired by socio-anthropology. This methodological approach, which mobilizes a quantitative and qualitative approach as well as direct field observation, was carried out in five markets and yoghurts in the city of Ouagadougou with a composite sample of 350 individuals, including users and 31 resource persons in charge of managing the pandemic on the sites. At the end of the investigations, it can be estimated that if the communication mechanism developed by the authorities, in particular CORUS and its related structures, are favourable to the users of the study, in particular the traders and other actors, in order to change their behaviour, it will come up against social constructions or social representations developed and maintained by the latter, which do not facilitate its implementation in areas of high human concentration, including markets and yaars. In addition to the traditional communication tools of proximity (word of mouth), the use of media communication channels such as social networks seems to have had an impact on the actors of this general communication strategy, on the one hand, the project's bearers (CORUS) and, on the other hand, the users of the markets and yaars (traders, visitors, etc.).

Abstract: There is growing recognition of the importance of fulfilling children’s right to play under Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child within the context of the hospital setting. Methodologically, a scoping review approach was used to review the literature, with the aim of identifying and rapidly mapping the existing evidence related to children’s fulfilment of Article 31. Scoping reviews are considered to be particularly useful when a body of literature has yet to be comprehensively covered or when the scope of the literature is not amenable to a systematic review of the evidence. In this research, a scoping review approach was chosen to summarize the research findings, including those from social media platforms, leading to the identification of gaps in the literature, which may in part, be due to limitations in the discoverability of information linked to children’s right to play in the context of hospital settings. Guidance from Peters et al. was used to conduct and structure the scoping review under 10 clearly defined points and a number of key characteristics are discussed, using two broad questions: 1) How important is play for children’s health, particularly when they are ill or have chronic health conditions? 2) How does current health service provision fulfil children’s rights to play as defined by article 31 of the UNCRC? The review identifies a consistent lack of robust empirical evidence that makes play service delivery vulnerable due to fiscal challenges. However, the use of social media platforms to elicit the rich, qualitative narrative around play provision in hospital settings highlights advocacy for play provision by play teams and those who value and use their services.
