About This Special Issue
The field of human-robot interaction (HRI) has witnessed remarkable advancements in recent years, driven by the growing integration of robots into various aspects of our lives. As robots become more capable and prevalent, the need for effective control systems, algorithms, and strategies to enhance their interaction with humans becomes increasingly critical. This special issue aims to explore the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in the realm of control systems, algorithms, and strategies in human-robot interaction. The objective of this special issue is to bring together researchers, practitioners, and experts from diverse disciplines such as robotics, artificial intelligence, control systems, psychology, and human factors to share their insights, experiences, and cutting-edge research findings. We invite original contributions that delve into the multifaceted aspects of control systems, algorithms, and strategies, shedding light on the advancements and novel approaches that foster seamless and intuitive interactions between humans and robots.
