The most failure ours in factories due to corrosion failure, so we need every time to study the reasons which resulted of this failure and treated it, In boiler, heat exchangers, pipes, in different environments exposure to corrosion as a result of different factors, these problems need to more research to limited it. The structure of materials changes as a result of corrosion effect. The types of corrosion such as general corrosion, rasting, pitting, crevices corrosion, galvanised corrosion, intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, fretting corrosion, fatigue corrosion, localised corrosion, embrittlement and scaling is very important to study in order to identify the problems resulting from corrosion failure, inspection need to estimate these failure such as weight loss, polarization and impedance measurements, x-ray diffractometer, microstructure examination in different devices SEM and other microscopy, mechanical properties testing bending, tensile, compression, and torsion so that physical characteristics also necessary be considered. Protection of corrosion using spray with oil, cathodic protection, coating, corrosion inhibitors traditional and new can be considered in the research, Empirical modeling depended on experimental results must be taken to predict corrosion rates resulting from chemical or electrochemical reactions. Design of component to reduce stress concentration region which is raising corrosion should be taken in mind.
