About This Special Issue
Discuss and improve quality of the literature, looking for a safe practice. There is a crises in evidence based medicine, most of the research published dosen’t have access to row data, making it very difficult to analyse an ensure quality of the research. Many initiatives have been developed to increase quality of the care, and this is a key point for increase the quality of care.
Recently 2 especial articles have been published, looking for a new look in quality of the evidence. They push to see not the “P” value but the impact in the life of persons, and how can we measure that impact in order to improve clinical decision.
There are many fields in medicine that can recognize the need for a balanced analyses of intervention, and systemic thinking, clinical care, brief interventions had shown a huge difference in the quality of the care.
