About This Special Issue
Electrical/Electronic circuits are plays important role in the modern technology including aerospace, computer, automation in industries, communication and home appliances. Without electronics devices realiazilation of these important circuit is not possible. The functioning of the electronic devices depends on the different parameter, fabrication technique, fabrication environment, active material incorporated in the device, size of the device, packing of the device. Considering all these parameter this special issue of international journal of electrical and electronics engineering is peer review journal which accepts original research work based on simulation and experiment, it publishes full research paper and review articles. The journal is dedicated to experimental and simulation work related to electronics devices, and circuits. This issue invites the experimental work based on different electronics devices incorporating different semiconductor elemental compound material. This issue also invites some advance circuit related to electrical and electronics. Further this issue accepts the development of new fabrication techniques may use for development of nano/micro devices.
