About This Special Issue
As an important part of rehabilitation medicine, children's rehabilitation medicine is facing the special groups in the growth and development - children with special needs. Because children in different stages of growth and development have different physiological, psychological and social development conditions and different environments, the characteristics of disease spectrum and dysfunction are also very different, and even different from adults. With the improvement of modern medical level and the change of disease spectrum, the range of diseases and demands involved in children's rehabilitation medicine is expanding day by day.
In order to further promote China's children's rehabilitation in line with the international standards and improve the level of rehabilitation treatment, special columns are set up to discuss and learn with the international community and jointly promote the development of children's rehabilitation. This column mainly focuses on the clinical hot and difficult issues of common rehabilitation diseases of children, such as cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual development disorder, comprehensive developmental delay / temporary intellectual development disorder, delayed development index, epilepsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, high-risk children and common neurogenetic metabolic diseases, focusing on clinical ideas and norms The process, method, technology and the latest research progress of chemodiagnosis and treatment.
