Power systems face crucial challenges in the coming decades, hence, the socialization of results that leading to the solution of real problems, have a positively impact in our society.

Modeling and Simulation in Electric Power Engineering is a peer-reviewed special issue of International Journal of Energy and Power Engineering. Modeling and simulation is an important design and analysis method in electric power engineering.

Aim:

This special issue aims to include the mathematic numerical modeling and computational simulation theoretical investigation with engineering application in electric power engineering to obtain reliable and cost effective electric power systems modeling and simulation and to bring the latest advances in research on modeling and simulation of power systems, renewable energies and smart grids.
