Many authors claimed that, the only constant in the world today is change. Whether we like it or not change will occur regardless of whether companies and individuals prepared for it or not. Changes may arise in different dimensions as it may call for changes in strategy, structure, people, technology, management, and others. However, change can bring challenges and problems that require businesses to be equipped and prepared to counter the likely obstacles like for instance, the most common problem which is resistance from all sorts.
