Bangladesh is a developing country, the women of Bangladesh is rundown and victimized for many reasons it is an enthusiastic realization is that they are now hovering their activities to enable themselves. Women’s pecuniary empowering is an inevitable part of economic enlargement of any enlargement undertaking for any country. Women can play significant charm in concerning with different eliciting doings. By the involving of diverse enlargement undertakings it brands a situation on the interplanetary of progress in Bangladesh, one of picture is women entrepreneurship in Bangladesh.

The study objective was to find the women involvement at the general scenario of economic contribution in Bangladesh at the north Bengal of Bangladesh concern from the point of view of problems and prospects issues and acclaim a way of doing in a right way as finally the small establishment of women business by illustrating a model namely Sbs (small business settlement) that was developed by the authors.

Small Business Settlement (Sbs) Model

In Bangladesh Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rangpur are the crucial parts of Bangladesh. It is accelerating the small business from the corner level of neglected spaces. It is noticeable gadget is that the beauty parlor businesses one of leading business in of these regions on the pipeline of women empowerment. It will cost Taka 0.1-0.2 million as preliminary funds and there is a mounting market for its facilities in any town in Bangladesh (The Financial Express, Bangladesh, 2011).In Rangpur region of Bangladesh about 96% parlors are woman oriented. Maximum of the beauticians originate are aboriginal individuals. It is concentrated engrossment; minimum hope and physical capability make them dedicated to this this occupation. About 96.67% female or women are enchanting amenities from the beauty parlor and rest of them 3.33% are men, 75% of the beauty parlor owner is recognized by the individual owner and also running by the sole type business and 25% is well-known as the partnership .No trouble how was the condition of women of Bangladesh but matter is how condition is improving , enthusiastically Bangladeshi women are now on that trail to triumph the self-reliant and making themselves free of social encumbrances at economies point. “The beauty salon industry is worth around BDT 10 billion and it is growing each day. The sector has been contributing to the economy of the country by employment and revenue generation” (IDLC, 2014). From the root level of different perspective at economic issue, women contribution now is enabling to ensure the stability of life removing the glass ceiling effects problems of Bangladesh. Women involvement is now becoming the important part on the eye of national economic outlook of the government of Bangladesh.
