Conciliation: An Alternative to Resolve Conflicts over Damage to the Environment

Abstract

This paper presents a general framework (what, how, where, why and what for) on conciliation, which is an alternative dispute resolution method, aiming to evince that it is an effective way, in addition to the judicial process, to resolve disputes about damage to the environment repair. As stated therein, this mean to conflict resolution makes most sense in terms of social harmony and environmental preservation.
