Abstract: It has now been established that persons with higher resting heart rates are at increased risk of morbidity and mortality from a plethora of mental and physical illnesses. However, the mechanism underlying the predictive value of this core vital sign remains obscure. This seminal report will integrate clinical, neuropsychological, physiological, and genetic evidence to assert that an inherent hyperexcitability of the neurological system is at the heart of the connection between resting heart rate and disease. Hypothetically, neuronal hyperexcitability can cause multiple circuits in the brain to overfire, including cognitive circuits, limbic circuits, and autonomic circuits, thereby dysregulating the associated systems of the body and allowing the aberration to be detected through standard vital signs and related measures of autonomic activity. Because the cognitive-emotional system is exquisitely sensitive to neuronal excitation, the aberration could also manifest as psychiatric symptomatology, thus suggesting that psychiatric symptoms may be the first subjective markers of the abnormality. Based on the well-recognized link between mental illness, autonomic dysregulation, and systemic disease together with mounting evidence that the related illnesses are associated with gene variants whose protein products fail to adequately regulate the firing of neurons, the vulnerability trait could aptly be called Familial Limbic Autonomic System Hyperexcitability or “FLASH.” Because the trait appears to be so common, its effects so pervasive, and its expression so modifiable, its identification is of critical importance to every medical specialty. FLASH could give clinicians the first comprehensive biological target through which to treat and prevent a plethora of mental, emotional, and physical illnesses.

Abstract: Ovarian Cancer (OC) is a global health crisis and one of the deadly gynecological cancers among women worldwide. According to 2008-2012 U.S. cancer statistics, 12.7 per 100,000 women were newly diagnosed with ovarian cancer. During that same time period, the death rate was 7.7 per 100,000 women (Garcia et all, 2007, Wasana Sumanasekera et al 2018). Despite advances in medical and surgical treatment, attempts at early diagnosis, and a clearer picture of the etiology of this disease, increases in long-term survival have been small (Michael G et al, 1995). Because ovarian cancer is usually found at an advanced stage, the survival rate is lower than for other types of cancer (such as breast cancer) that are easier to detect at an early stage. If ovarian cancer is found early and treated, survival rates improve to more than 90%. (Janet M et al. 2011). Data from various immuno-hystochemical researchs, in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) showed that protein expresion is able to predict the level of progessivity and respond of chemotherapy. The aim of the study is to evaluate the relationship between protein expresion of Bcl-2 mRNA, p53 mRNA, Caspase-9 mRNA, Caspase-3 mRNA and NGX6 mRNA in various prognostic factors and respond of cysplatin based chemotherapy for ephithel ovarian cancer (EOC). Result showed there were positive relationship between Bcl-2 mRNA and P53 mRNA with the hystological type, Grade and clinical stage of EOC, however there was a negative relationship with Caspase-9 mRNA, Caspase-3 mRNA dan NGX6 mRNA, especially for Caspase-9 mRNA showed signicantly lower (p=0.024). The study demonstrated a negative relationship between NGX6 mRNA, BCl-2 mRNA and P53 mRNA expresion with the respond of Chemotherapy to EOC, however there was a positive relationship between Casp9 mRNA and Casp3 mRNA. Summeries Various level and grade of Ovarian carcinoma have positive relationship with the expresion of Bcl-2 mRNA, p53 mRNA, and negative relationship with Caspase-9 mRNA, Caspase-3 mRNA and NGX6 mRNA. The study demonstrated a negative relationship between NGX6 mRNA, Bcl-2 mRNA and P53 mRNA expresion with the respond of Chemotherapy to EOC, however there was a positive relationship between Casp9 mRNA and Casp3 mRNA.

Abstract: Background: Advent of a novel pandemic requires development of faster medicine discovery protocol compared to traditional approach. Normally these are placebo controlled clinical trials, such trials usually involve high risk and a lot of time and money and repetitive exposure of the patients involved. In this study we gathered all the pathognomonic features of COVID-19 and translated them to homeopathic clinical features by using the known technique of repertorization, using a software. Top 10 ranked remedies were selected for further exploration. A surrogate model was created for simulation based on real patient data available in which all patients received a random combination of ranked repertorized homeopathic medicine. This output was then fed to a Neural Network. The NN learnt by recognizing patterns that mapped to patients’ initial state to the results of remedies administered, fluctuations were averaged out and different patient features were discovered. Thus, enabling the NN to better predict optimum homeopathy remedies than the traditional method stated before. Method: We designed a mathematical model based upon the principles of machine learning and created a virtual clinical trial first of 200 patients and then updated it to 800 in lieu of a real one. The Results of these Surrogate Digital Clinical trial [SDCT] were fed to a neural network. The Neural Network Clinical Learning [NNCL], clearly gave us a list of drugs and a possible genus epidemicus for this covid 19. These results were compared with actual field results to a data of 130 patients of covid like illnesses, covid or pneumonia treated on OPD basic or through tele medicine. Results: The conclusion was reached by comparing the simulated clinical trials, predictions by the NN and findings in the observational studies. Although the model shows reasonable stability, it is presented as a proof of concept, which should be further rigorously studied and tested by other homeopathic practitioners for further optimization if required. In this study merc sol merged prominently as a genus epidemicus. A further change in the remedy in the reference to a possible second or third wave could be predicted by adding some valuable clinical data to the model. Conclusion: This study could resolve many issues faced by homoeopathic practitioners across the globe and could predict a fairly accurate results making us better prepare in the field.
