Abstract: A well-designed and structured ADR system can be used as a strong tool to combat corruption effectively and eventually lead to successful conviction of illicit enrichment crime. The main objective of this study is to identify the practical significances and challenges of implementing the ADR law in combating illicit enrichment in Ethiopia and forwards the recommendations for the identified issues. In order to achieve the research aims, the author employed the combination of doctrinal and empirical legal research approach. Accordingly, this article analyzed both primary and secondary data sources. Then, the data were analyzed and interpreted to draw conclusions. Based up on the research findings, it argues that the Ethiopian ADR law has not comprehensively designed to combat illicit enrichment crime. Besides, it was poorly implemented in fighting illicit enrichment crime in Ethiopia. Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship activities are the primary focus of national development under the new normal of economy in China. Based on a detailed analysis of related policy documents, such as the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities by the General Office of the State Council of China, and the Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), this article examines the background of the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the current situation and existing problem of talent cultivation mode. Focusing upon the school-enterprise coordination in ordinary universities and colleges, it probes into the construction of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" curriculum system, the overall arrangement of the rank of teachers and the innovation in practice in China. Abstract: Fairy tales are among the most important branches of popular literature. They are full of informative and imaginative themes with a simple spatial layout that have undergone changes due to the geographical range and passing of time. There are many common points between fairy tales and other literary forms because many of these stories and legends epitomize the human collective subconscious mind in terms of the origin and contents. The existence of similar narratives which originated from oral literature which often have a fun and recreative nature has provided the ground for comparative and sometimes adaptive literary studies. This descriptive-documentary study reviews and analyses the fairy tale of the goose-girl at the well by the Brothers Grimm and the tragedy of King Lear by Shakespeare. The plot consistency, the combination of tragedy and comedy, motivation, family-based, division of the kingdom, destiny and fate, the presence of superficial mysticism, the parallelism of characters, conflict and crisis and etc. are the common propositions between the two narrations.Abstract: Fairy tales are among the most important branches of popular literature.
